Cadillac History Model K 1907

Cadillac Models & History K 1907

TheModel K was the same as the 1906 model except the muffler was much shorter with an outlet at the front rather than side. Oiler drive changed from cam to pulley and belt. Engine/transmission drip pan added. Runabout bodies remained the same as 1906 but front fenders were changed — nose of fender was now flattened and an inside skirt was added (early 1907 catalogs still showed the canted fender).

For the first time, a factory-installed-only Victoria style top was offered, as well as a buggy top.

Prices on Cadillacs varied somewhat in different catalogs and ads, possibly due to severe economic crisis in 1907. Price of Victoria Runabout $800.
