This is a fibreglass replica of an Auburn boat-tailed Speedster,with a ’34 Ford grille and modern headlights. It’s basicly a modern hot-rod and bears no resemblance to a 1936 Austin.
My thoughts exactly, Damian, I had a 1936 Austin sedan which was nothing like the photo shown though it did have blew a seeker look than out her run of the mill British cars

The instant I saw this I thought it was an Auburn Boattail. Then I started looking at 1936 vintage Austins and was convinced.
