1962 Ford Falcon This old car has been slightly modified. Fan Submission from Ivan Brewer. Ivan is selling this for $9500.
gorgeous! had a two-tone ’61, right out of the “Service,” in 1970.. Automatic and S-L-O-W. My girlfriend (at the time) and I cruised the Coast in it.. Cheap, reliable and no racing that one, but.. there were “moments.” (You know what I mean)
Ford used this body style three years but the ’63 was the most successful. A young man I worked had a Futura and another freind had a Sprint with a four on the floor. The sprint was the faster even though it had a 260 as the Futura had a 289 because of the gearing . The sprint may have been a ’62.
I put a clutch in a friends 1960 Falcon Ranchero that turn out to be the easiest Ford I ever worked on.
