1940 Ford Cab | Old Car


This 1940 Ford Cab was spotted and photographed by VW Scott Burgess at Coker Tires @Chattanooga. This Ford comes with a 5″ Chop and a 6″ section. A 1943 Chevy Truck Cowl, reshaped 1957 Chevy hood skin roof, 1934 Ford rear window, custom grille with 1932 Ford grille hood flange, 1960 Pontiac Quarters, 1960 Imperial Headlights and tail lights, 1960 Plymouth Valiant tailgate and hardware, 1953 Ford Truck grille and many more custom panels.

The engine is a stroked and blown 1959 Oldsmobile 371 Rocket with a TKO600 Transmission. The rear end packs a HRCC 9″ 4 link and the front suspension is 4″ dropped axle with hairpins and Kinmont disk brakes.

The interior has custom seats, 1957 Old dash, 1964 Buick Riviera Column, 1959 Plymouth Aero Wheel, 1950 Ford Car Quarter panel spears console, 1956 Imperial dash bezels and 1956 Olds clocks.

The wheels have Radir Bullet spokes, 10,000 by 15 Radir Slicks and Firestone 5.60 x 15 white wall tires.
